AMG Sports Package for the W212 E-Class
Mercedes-Benz has officially announced the details of the new W212 AMG Sports Package, a type of mid-way between the regular and EE AMG, much like a BMW M Sport package. W212 from AMG bodykit that includes AMG bumper with large air conditioning intakes, AMG AMG side skirts and rear bumper.

Rear exhaust tailpipes is a non-integrated twin oval design for gasoline inline-4 model, and one pointed a non-integrated design for diesels inline-4. 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder car features a twin rectangular tailpipes neatly integrated into the AMG rear bumper.
AMG Sports Package for the W212 E-Class
The interior includes sport seats for front passengers is done with the material that consists of DINAMICA microfiber and ARTICO man-made leather, floor mats with AMG lettering, stainless steel sports pedals with studs ruibber, black layer of the roof, which Nappa leather shifter, and an AMG sport wheels helm. German tuner Carlsson has announced the Aigner CK65 RS “Eau Rouge” Dark Edition (fancy name!) based on the Mercedes Benz CL65 AMG. The car, which will be on display this week at the 2008 Zurich Auto Show, was built in cooperation with leather lifestyle brand Etienne Aigner AG. The car features a body kit that includes front skirt with front spoiler made of solid carbon, shaded Bi-Xenon headlights with cone-shaped lights, radiator grille with the Carlsson badge, three-part 21 inch forged rims and an exclusive obsidian black metallic with Himalaya-gray paint finish. The interior features high-class leather upholestry for the electrically adjustable sport seats, Carlsson sport steering wheel in Leather/Alcantara combination, Carlsson sport aluminium pedal pads and illuminated door sill protectors, Aigner-A logo embossed in the front headrests and the reverse side of the front seats, while the handholds, sun shields and rear screen frame has been covered with Aigner-Alcantara.
The coupe will come with a Bi-Turbo V12 engine available with two power outputs, 705 hp and an impressive 756 hp and 1,150 Nm of torque. The latter will offer a 0-62 mph sprint in 3.8 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 335 km/h (208 mph). Combined with the Carlsson electronic lowering kit C-Tronic SUSPENSION which lowers the car by approx. 30 mm. the car is definitely a blast to drive. However, it won’t come cheap, with the 705 hp version starting at 319,000 Euros (around $400,000), while the 756 hp model starts at 374,000 Euros ($470,000). Still, considering only ten units will be built, Carlsson will probably have no problems finding customers.

I was never a huge fan of the last or current generation Mercedes Benz SL, but the new SL65 AMG Black Series is an entirely different story. It’s extremely mean looking and has the balls to back it up. And with a $320,000 price tag, it better! At 4,122 pounds, the SL65 Black runs an upgraded twin-turbcharged 6.0-liter V12 capable of producing 661 hp at 5,400 rpm and 738 lb.-ft of torque.

With a five-speed automatic gearbox equipped with AMG’s speedshift software, the SL65 Black can hit 60 mph in 3.9 seconds on its way to a gearing-limited top speed of 199 mph.
